NSI Nursing Service, Inc. can provide the support, guidance and personalized planning necessary to the well-being and comfort of your loved one. A registered nurse will meet with you to discuss these needs. Working in conjunction with you, your family and friends, and your personal physician, we will do our absolute best to provide you with the proper support, encouragement and caregiving options necessary for the health, happiness and quality of life your loved ones deserve.
We conduct a rigorous screening process for each staff member prior to his or her selection as an NSI Nursing Service, Inc. caregiver. At NSI Nursing Service, Inc. we require documentation of state licensure and certifications, an on-going record of continuing education as well as C.P.R. certification. We also look for successful previous health care experience.
NSI Nursing Service, Inc. is a Medicare-Certified Home Health agency licensed by the State of Arizona and has malpractice insurance, workman's comp., and its employees are experienced, licensed and bonded.
